On Tuesday, March 10, my wife and I drove to Oklahoma City to watch JW and the LHS baseball team take on U.S. Grant in a doubleheader. The last game of the doubleheader started at around 5 p.m. that afternoon and, after a run-rule win for the Wolverines, the game ended about 6 p.m.

Playing tennis during the pandemic

It was a nice evening Tuesday, March 31, to enjoy a little tennis at Osborne Park in Elgin. Due to social distancing guidelines, the Chronicle photographer wasn't able to get their names.

There was a NASCAR race ran this past weekend in Bristol, Tenn., and William Byron was the winner. NASCAR hosted their third virtual race of the year and are televising the races as well. The races are being shown in some markets on FOX and FS1.

I have always thought of myself of a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants type of person.

The only thing that really kept me on a schedule was the opening kickoff or the first pitch of a game.

I have to admit that I feel a little adrift with those time markers in my life gone.
