Hasenbeck has strong family roots in agriculture, education, small business; wants to preserve rural life

Elgin Middle School teacher Toni Hasenbeck, Republican candidate for State House District 65, didn't have to go far to share her political views and values with the students in the EMS Civics and Citizenship class on Tuesday Oct. 9, 2018.

A resident of Elgin with strong family roots in agriculture, a teacher for 19 years and the owner of a small family business, Toni is running a campaign focused on conservative traditional values. Funding education, promoting job growth, preserving the "rural way of life" and our agriculture industry, improving infrastructure and increasing public safety are all priorities on Toni's 2018 platform.
