LAWTON - Lawton High Softball is looking to turn things around after coming off of a 7-24 season last year.

LHS is returning its leading hitter in senior Shakyra Sadler. Shakyra batted .365 with one homerun and 16 RBI’s.

The Wolverines will also return seniors Shakyra Bruton and Nadia Garrison. The Wolverines will look to Makenzie Kalchik in the circle again this year. Freshman Alyssa Morgan will take care of the duties behind the plate.

Lawton High’s junior class will play a big role this year with Asharia Buckingham and Pearla Granados.
