It was the famous Dr. Seuss that once wrote, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

Using the well known American children’s author as inspiration to encourage local students to read, the Friends of Elgin Community Library once again launched their annual Dr. Seuss Birthday Book Giveaway program.
