FLETCHER - Burial service for Frankie Joyce Buecker was Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, at the Fort Sill National Cemetery. Her Celebration of Life service followed at the First Baptist Church, Fletcher. Her nephew, Mike Flowers, Edmond, officiated and he was assisted by Dr. Rodney Campbell, Pastor, First Baptist Church, Fletcher.

Frankie was born Oct. 6, 1945, and passed away Nov. 11, 2018, at the age of 73 years, 1 month and 5 days.

Her parents were Ad and Mary Edith (McCullers) Maguire. She was born and grew up on a farm east of Fletcher. She was the ninth of 10 siblings. She attended Fletcher Public School and graduated in 1964.

She enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged in August 1968 at Eglin Air Base, Fla. She then attended Cameron University and graduated in 1972. Upon graduation she married Michael Buecker and moved to St. Louis, Mo. She was employed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in St. Louis until her retirement.

Frankie is survived by her daughter, Michelle Langley and her husband Phil, of Naval Station, Grand Lakes, Ill.; three granddaughters: Caitlyn, Alison and Kimber, all of Illinois; three sisters: Venita Watkins, of Choctaw; Oneta Wolf, of Cement; and Dolly Ludlow and her husband Bill, of Kingsford, Mich.; two brothers: John Maguire and his wife Alta, of Miller, Mo.; and Charley Maguire and his wife Carolyn, of Fletcher; a sister-inlaw, Betty Maguire, of Fletcher; a brother-in-law, Neal Koenig, of Blanchard; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Ad and Edith Maguire; two sisters: Ruth Flowers and her husband Clinton and Linda Koenig; two brothers: Pat and Tom Maguire; and two brother-in-laws: Gene Watkins and Archie Wolf.
