Fletcher picked up their only win of the week as the jumped on Davenport for 10 runs in the first inning on Saturday, April 3. The Wildcats added two runs in both the second and third innings to earn the 13-6 win. Caleb Campbell and Jor- dan Johnson both collected two hits on the day. Kaleb Kimball and Matthew Smith both pitched for the Wildcats. Hydro-Eakly came to town and held Fletcher scoreless until the Wildcats pushed one run across
in the sixth inning and another two across in the seventh inning. It was not enough as Hydro-Eakly plated a run in every inning but one to win the game, 9-3.
Ian Essex and Tryston Simmons had two hits for Fletcher during the game. Fletcher traveled to Fort Cobb on Tuesday, April 6, and was shutout 7-0. Ian Essex, Kaleb Kimball and Jordan Johnson each had one hit for Fletcher. The Wildcats hit the road again traveling to Canute on Thursday, April 6. Fletcher started off hot scoring two runs in the first inning and then pick- ing one run up in third, fourth and fifth inning. The five runs were enough to have the ball-game tied after five innings 5-5. Canute broke the game wide open, scoring eight runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to end the game on a run-rule, 13-5.
Caleb Campbell had two hits for Fletcher. Saturday saw Fletcher take on Navajo and the game was a pitchers dual until Navajo broke through in the fifth inning. Navajo plated one run in the fifth inning and four more in the sixth inning to take the win, 5-0. Tryston Simmons had two hits and Brayden Chinnow had one hit for Fletcher.
