Several people were injured in a two vehicle collision at the corner of County Road 2670 and Highway 19, west of Cyril, just before 8:30 a.m. today. One OHP official stated that a Ford sedan was traveling northbound on County Road 2670, failed to stop at the stop sign and was T-boned by a Chevy SUV that had been traveling eastbound on Highway 19. A Medi Flight transported the driver of the Ford to OU Medical Center with severe injuries. The driver and a passenger in the Chevy were taken to Comanche County Memorial Hospital with minor injures. The case is currently under investigation. More information will be provided in this weeks edition of The Chronicle.
